The Waberer's purchases another thousand DAF semis
The Waberer's International Zrt. upgrades its truck fleet with another thousand DAF semis. The agreement on the acquisition was signed at the the Hanover IAA commercial vehicle trade fair by Wáberer György, CEO of the Waberer's International Zrt. and Ron Bonsen, board member in charge of trade at DAF – the Hungarian carrier company told MTI on Tuesday.
The contract’s value is close to 25 billion HUF. The transportation of the vehicles will be completed in the first half of 2015. As a result of the acquisition, almos half of Waberer's fleet of 3,300-units will be DAFs.
The notice cites Wáberer György, who justified the purchase with the vehicle’s reliability, high quality and low maintenance costs. (MTI)
