Talentis Agro Zrt., which belongs to the Mészáros Group, has made an irrevocable takeover bid for the purchase of Szarvasi Agrár Zrt. and the Szarvasi Agrár Zrt. which also includes other subsidiaries, agrarszektor.hu wrote.

Following the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority, the portfolio of Talentis Agro Holding will be expanded with additional strategic elements by the company, which also provides a wide range of agricultural production activities, food processing, agricultural services and integration tasks.
