The avian influenza virus appeared in another zoo in Békés County
The presence of the avian influenza virus was confirmed by the laboratory of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) in Nagykamarás, Békés County, in a breeding goose farm, the office informed MTI on Monday.

Bird flu in Békés County
Avian influenza has been suspected in the herd of about ten thousand fattening females due to increased mortality and the onset of neurological symptoms. The Nébih laboratory confirmed the presence of the H5N1 subtype of the virus. (MTI)
