Coca-Cola Acquires Waters and Soft Drink Brands
The American soft drink giant payed USD 225 million for Carlsberg.
According
to the agreement, which takes effect immediately, Coca-Cola acquires
Carlsberg’s mineral water brands Kildevæld and Kurvand in
Denmark and also enters into a license agreement for Ramlösa in
Denmark.
Coca-Cola also acquires Carlsberg's
Finnish soft drink brand Hyvää Päivää and
enters into a license agreement for energy drink Battery in Finland.
