Another gold medal for the Demeter Winery
The Demeter Winery of Eger was highly competitive at the Bordeuax-based Challenge International du Vin competition this year. The winery’s Hanga 2009 wine received Gold medal at the prestigious wine competition held for the 34th time.
The most successful Hungarian wine region became the Eger wine region, the most successful Hungarian winery became the Demeter Winery.
The Hungarian wineries competed well at the 2010 Challenge International du Vin wine competition in France, winning 7 gold, 17 silver, 18 bronze medals. Hungary achieved 16 medals from the total of 42. The Demeter Winery won 5 medals.
