Fiege has signed a contract for another 33 thousand square meters in Panattoni Park Moson
The development of Panattoni Park Moson is expanding with a new significant lease agreement. Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft. has signed a contract for the remaining 10 thousand square meters of the first hall, after the previously contracted 18 thousand square meters, and has also committed to an entire second hall. Thus, the company will rent a total of approximately 51 thousand square meters in the two buildings.
The development of the two halls will take place near the Austrian-Hungarian-Slovakian triple border, in an area directly next to the M1 motorway. The first building is expected to be completed by spring 2026, the second in the third quarter of 2026, so Fiege can expand its domestic capacities in steps that build on each other. The location’s unique location provides immediate international access, which is particularly beneficial for companies involved in regional distribution.
“With this expansion, we have clearly chosen Panattoni Park Moson. The logistics center’s strategic location, modern infrastructure and sustainability approach perfectly match our long-term goals and will enable us to serve our customers in the Central European region even more efficiently,” said Gergely Hepp, Managing Director of Fiege Group SEE.
“The expansion of Fiege confirms that we are on the right track when we based our domestic strategy on high-quality and sustainable industrial developments in prime locations. The pre-leasing success in Mosonmagyaróvár is based on an excellent business relationship with Fiege that we have had for many years, which we greatly value and from which we hope for further opportunities,” pointed out László Kemenes, Managing Director of Panattoni Hungary.
He added that Panattoni Park Moson offers an exceptional value proposition for logistics service providers even at an industry level. Sustainability is a key focus in the development of the logistics park, with the aim of achieving a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and establishing one of Hungary’s first electric truck parking lots and charging stations. These elements will help the development of electromobility infrastructure in the long term and reduce the carbon footprint of logistics operations.
Panattoni Park Moson is Panattoni Hungary’s fifth domestic investment. The projects are implemented in the Recorde Panattoni RPM Real Estate Funds, which are managed by the Concorde Group’s real estate fund management subsidiary, Recorde Alapkezelő Zrt.
