Morrisons opens 20 new positions in its apprenticeship programme
Morrisons is offering 20 apprenticeships to people older than 16 years, so that they can become fully qualified food maintenance engineers. Food maintenance engineers work across Morrisons’ 18 food making sites, to maintain and improve modern equipment that is used to cook, slice, mince, pack, weigh and prepare food. Morrisons started its engineering apprenticeship scheme in 2016; at the moment 61 students take part in the programme.
