Beáta Harcsa will be the Marketing Director of Zwack Unicum Nyrt. from September. The professional with more than twenty years of domestic and international FMCG experience will be responsible for supporting the company’s iconic brands and shaping long-term marketing strategies.

Beáta Harcsa began her career at Nestlé, where she worked on the Maggi brand, and then led the regional brand team at Danone, where she was responsible for the marketing of several brands, including Actimel, in 13 countries. She then held a position as Strategy and Marketing Director in the dairy and winery sectors at Bonafarm Group, where her responsibilities included developing the marketing strategy for the Mizo and Teleki brands, as well as building and leading the marketing team.

During her career, she has managed the implementation of numerous complex business and marketing-focused projects, and has led organizational, digital and marketing transformations.

His experience includes innovation and go-to-market strategies, as well as team leadership in multi-market and domestic environments.
