New leader at the helm of Yettel Brand and Marketing Communications Directorate
Hamza Kata will join Yettel Hungary as Head of Brand and Marketing Communications on September 1, 2025.
Hamza Kata started her career in organizing experiences and festivals for young people, and then worked in the banking sector, including on the marketing communication of the OTP Junior brand and the bank’s social media presence. From 2017, she led the newly established Brand Management team at OTP Bank, and from 2019, she worked as Head of Brand Management on the development and implementation of group-level brand strategy and image frameworks covering 11 countries, including Hungary. In addition to international strategic support, she was fully responsible for the planning and implementation of brand communication in the Hungarian market.
Kata has been working in marketing communications for nearly 20 years and is a committed believer in the power of brand building.
“For me, building a brand is about much more than communication, as every interaction shapes it, from customer service to digital platforms. For me, brand strategy is the compass that creates harmony, guides and connects us.”
