New Managing Director at FrieslandCampina

After the successful FrieslandCampina merger taking place at the end of last year, Johan Priem assumed the position of Managing Director of FrieslandCampina Hungária ZRt., carrying out this role at interim basis, for the last eight months.

Konstantine Maggioros (46) has been appointed as the new Managing Director of FrieslandCampina Hungary and FrieslandCampina Romania as of 1st September 2009. He is based in Budapest and he reports to Freek Rijna, Chief Operations Officer of the business group Consumer Products Europe.
A graduate of the Athens University of Economic and Business in Greece (BA) and the Ohio State University in the USA (MBA), Konstantine Maggioros joined Friesland Hellas in 1998 as Director of Finance & Administration, where in 2002 he moved in the position of the Marketing Director.  In September 2007, he became Managing Director at Friesland Foods, Business Development Unit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, undertaking to set up and manage the regional center for international markets in the Far East Asia, Middle East and Africa.
