New Managing Director at Friesland

Due to the successful FrieslandCampina merger Jack Castelein has been appointed to the position of Managing Director Branded Cheese for the business group Cheese & Butter of FrieslandCampina.

 His duties as Managing Director of Friesland
Hungária zRt. will be taken over by Johan Priem.  The specialist took early retirement
from the Royal Friesland Foods Board of Management in the Netherlands
in July last year and will act as Managing Director of Friesland
Hungária zRt. ad interim until a permanent successor has been
identified.

Following his education at the Dutch
Marketing Institute, Johan Priem worked in various international
Marketing and Managing Directors position for British American
Tobacco in Europe, Africa and Asia before joining the Management
Board of Royal Friesland Foods in 1997.

Since 2003 he was responsible for the
branded consumer activities in Europe. Next to his role as Managing
Director of Friesland Hungária zRt., Friesland Foods Romania
will also report to him.
