A new city district can be built next to the WestEnd
The Gránit Pólus is planning a development in the most prosperous area of Central and Eastern Europe and Budapest – Világgazdaság Online wrote. The western city center is the largest private real estate development project of the region in the coming years. In the new quarter, offices, commercial units, apartments and hotels to be built.
The Gránit Pólus plans to build a 320-450 thousand square meters of new urban quarter near the WestEnd City Center on a 94,000 square meters of land. The development creates a modern, multifaceted, inspirational urban environment that creates a new quality of life for the users through the green environment, urbanistic solutions and services – according to the company’s press release.
