A new business park is being built in South Buda

The White Star Real Estate is building the new business park called Park22 in 22nd district of the capital. The value of the investment is 15 billion HUF – the real estate developer informed MTI.

The strategic location of the park favors service providers specializing in urban warehousing and the growing demand for warehouses serving online purchases.
The development will start this year and take place in three phases. Six warehouses are being built, three of which are office buildings. (MTI)
