KORZÓ Shopping Center has a new operator

SES Spar European Shopping Centers took over the Center management of Nyíregyháza’s largest shopping mall in April 2009. SES also operates Europark in Budapest.

KORZÓ Shopping Center is the largest Shopping Center of Nyíregyháza and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, with a rent area of approximately 19,000 square meters on four floors. Humanic, Electroworld New Yorker, Spar and the HERVIS are the main companies in the shopping center. With 640 parking places the shopping center provides the largest parking aere in the city center. The shopping center opened in April, last year, is the most important and largest investment of the city. The 9.5 billion Euro investment created 340 new jobs. Thirty percent of the 73 shops are operated by local merchants. SES Spar European Shopping Centers Ltd. is a company of the Austrian Spar group, and responsible for the management of large estates.
