New greenhouse at Platán Gourmet
The garden of the two Michelin-star Platán Gourmet restaurant in Tata has been expanded with a new, large-capacity greenhouse, taking the production of ingredients in Hungarian haute cuisine to the next level.

“We don’t want to grow everything, just what we can’t get elsewhere”,
explains chef István Pesti, who believes the garden isn’t a production unit but a creative workshop, where nature and the kitchen can engage in a conversation.
