Dole sells US fresh vegetable business to new owner
The US fresh vegetable business of Dublin-based company Dole has been acquired by Organicgirl, a packaged salad firm owned by Arable Capital Partners, for USD 140m. This merger will result in more efficient operations, a wider range of products and better service for customers, and it will allow the company to focus on its core activities.
