The InterContinental Budapest Hotel has a new owner
The Chairman of Dubai's Al Habtoor Group bought the InterContinental Budapest Hotel – the website of HotelierMiddleEast.com states.
The Dubai-based PCP Capital Partners firm participated in the transaction.
It is not the first real estate purchase of the businessman in Budapest. In May 2012 he acquired the Le Meridien hotel.
The InterContinental Budapest has more than 400 rooms.
Khalaf Ahmed Al Habtoor, chairman of the group said that “Budapest is a wonderful city with a lively tourist industry, and people are very responsive.” (MTI)
