MPF Holding is the new owner of the Barcs factory of Henkel
The construction chemicals manufacturing plant, will become the property of MPF Holding from 1st October 2009. The new owner will continue to operate the factory and will get new orders from Henkel.
The decision was made, in course of Henkel’s international restructuring program, announced in early 2008. With the global restructuring, the group can save approximately 150 million euros, annually from 2011. Henkel made a production cooperation agreement with the new owner, so the Barcs plant will continue to manufacture products for Henkel.
