Change of ownership at the Pécsi Sörfőzde
A change of ownership has taken place in one of the oldest brewery companies in Hungary at the Pécsi Sörfőzde Zrt. One of the main goals of the new management is to reposition the brand according to current market trends – origo.hu wrote.
Szemerey Tamás and Szemerey Zoltán acquired more than 99 percent of the shares in Pécsi Sörfőzde Zrt. through their investment companies, the MAVA Befektetési Kft. (MAVA Investment Ltd.) and BanKonzult Commerce Kft. The shares were sold by the former owner, the Austrian Ottakringer Getränke AG. (origo)
