New owner for Interfruct

The Interfruct Cash&Carry chain is to be sold by SCD which intends to focus entirely on real estate development in the central European region in the future. Interfruct is to be purchased by the financial investors Calslane Holdings. Béla Jelen will be responsible for the acquisition.
