A new trend is taking hold among businesses
The majority of domestic enterprises are open to cooperation and collaboration and see other companies not only as competitors – this is clear from the K&H survey. The surveyed SMEs see the fantasy of recommending another company to their own customers, but they are even willing to link their products and services. The collaboration is mainly motivated by the mutual expansion of the customer base and the increase in traffic. For this, they can now receive HUF 5 million support for the “K&H: shop here! collaboration idea of the year” contest, where the best collaboration idea is awarded. At the national conferences of the program supporting the education of enterprises, it is also possible to find real partners for joint work.
Due to last year’s economic slowdown and the decrease in household consumption, it seems that companies are also opening up to new solutions. K&H conducted a survey among domestic SMEs to see if they consider it possible to cooperate with another entrepreneur or business in the current economic situation. Based on the results, it can be seen that the companies are open to helping and supporting each other in some way. The majority of SMEs, 7 companies out of 10, answered this way. What they like most is that they can acquire new customers if they mutually recommend each other to their own customers and partners, two-thirds of SMEs (64%) are willing to do so. In addition, there are also a large proportion (52%) of those who would be willing to connect each other’s products and services. 44 percent of them are open to closer cooperation, for example offering a joint discount, and 43 percent to the creation of a completely new joint product.
