New Tesco opened in Szigetvár
The Tesco hypermarket chain opened its new store in Szigetvár. About 110 new jobs were created in the 5000 square meter complex – informed Hackl Mónika, Tesco's head of communications the MTI.
The hypermarket chain estimates, that an average of 10-12 thousand customers will visit the store per week after the 9th October opening.
Tesco's turnover was 602 billion HUF in 2008, after the 554.9 billion HUF turnover of 2007. Hackl Mónika added that 4-5 stores are before opening at the moment, while in the next year the Tesco chain will further to be expanded, particularly with smaller shops.
