New book about food-making
A new professional book about the basics of food creation has been published. The book is called Élelmi anyagok, Ételkészítési ismeretek 2. – A konyhai munka előkészítése, and is mainly for new chefs working with meat as well as plant-based food. The author is the former MNGSZ-president Gyula Pető. (The nmber of the book is NGM/10674-3/2013, identity number: MK-6073-9.
