A new liquor company to start

The CBA-Baldauf Kft., the Lázár-Holding Kft. and the Alfa Investment Kft. launches a new liquor factory called AlcoWorld – hvg.hu wrote.

The Alfa Investment Kft. will be the majority owner in the new joint stock company. The other two investor’s share is 19.99 – 19.99 percent. The company’s leader is Glus Oleksandr of Alfa, who was born in the Soviet Union, but also has an address in Hungary. (hvg.hu)
