Bluebird strengthens its US operations with a new senior sales director
John McGinty will join BlueBird International as Senior Sales Director, USA, effective January 2025. The appointment marks a significant milestone in Bluebird’s international growth strategy, led by Balázs Réfi, the company’s founder and former CEO.
John McGinty has over 20 years of staffing experience, with the last 14 years specifically focused on the IT sector. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in IT contracting, enterprise account management, and building and leading high-performing sales teams. He previously held senior positions at Artech L.L.C. and Modis, where he successfully supported Fortune 500 and global clients with the recruitment and placement of highly skilled IT professionals.
In his new role, McGinty’s primary responsibilities will be to develop and execute Bluebird’s US IT contracting strategies, as well as to build and strengthen corporate relationships in the United States. His deep industry expertise will play a significant role in helping Bluebird further strengthen its services and provide top-notch IT professionals to North American companies.
