WizzAir has a new headquarters
Wizz Air moved to a new office building in Budapest. The company set up its new headquarters in the Millennium Tower near the Danube, which covers an area of 8,000 square meters and will be able to be expanded in the future in the same building. In the office building, which was moved into at the beginning of April, the airline has its own entrance and reception, as well as an exclusive canteen for its employees.
According to Kalaus Valter, the managing director of the real estate consulting company Newmark VLK Hungary, which handled the transaction, few new office projects were launched in Budapest in the last two or three years, and most of the contracts were extensions. The new center was designed in accordance with Wizz Air’s requirements, and future expansion is also possible for the tenant. The lease agreement was concluded with flexible conditions for a long term.
