New professional leader at the head of DDC’s Communication and Marketing Department
From December 2024, Ildikó Slániczné Molnár will hold the position of Head of the Communication and Marketing Department of Duna-Dráva Cement Kft. (DDC). The new year will also bring renewed strategic guidelines to the company, in which she will actively build on the professional experience of the new leader.
The professional who joined the DDC management team has gained extensive experience in marketing and communication in many industries during her more than 15-year career. As a manager, she was previously responsible for, among other things, brand building, the implementation of integrated campaigns, external and internal communication, event organization, and digital marketing.
Ildikó Slániczné Molnár came from METRO Kereskedelmi Kft., where she took an active role as Head of Marketing and Communications in the repositioning of the brand, which aligned with the company’s wholesale strategy change. During her years at the company, she and her colleagues received several professional awards. In 2024, they won the SIRHA Budapest Exhibitor Marketing Award, and in 2023, they were shortlisted for the EFFIE Awards with their “More for Less” campaign. Ildikó also played a key role in the establishment of the METRO Sustainable Gastronomy Award and professional forum.
