Veganz Group continues growth with new structure

German plant-based food manufacturer Veganz Group has embarked on the path to becoming a holding company, selling its OrbiFarm indoor agriculture business to an unnamed third party for EUR 30m. The company will soon operate under the name Planethic Group and it is going to remain the majority owner of the Mililk, Happy Cheeze, Peas on Earth and Veganz brands.
