A new idea competition for the development of Lake Balaton with a scholarship of millions
The Hungarian Tourism Association Foundation has announced the CheckINN tourism innovation idea competition for the sixth time, which this year is based around Lake Balaton.
The purpose of the competition is for students in higher education to contribute innovative ideas to the development of tourism in Balaton. The best ideas receive a HUF one million scholarship. Applicants can compete in three categories, including projects that support Lake Balaton’s four-season tourism. Creative videos will be presented in the first round, and the finalists can perfect their plans with the help of professional mentors.
