Due to the restructuring of tourism in Zala, many villas used as apartments are coming on the market in Hévíz and Zalakaros. Demand is fluctuating, but prices are stable – said Judit Juhász, owner of the GDN Zala Real Estate Agency. According to the market trend, interest in smaller, energy-efficient properties is increasing.
