New work structure and freedom – this will be needed after the home office

Slowly but surely, the moment is approaching when, after forced work from home, the office can become the primary workspace again. However, in order for the option not to be a constraint similar to the changeover last spring, in addition to the principle of graduality, the experience gained so far must be incorporated into the new work structure, while not forgetting the rest and freedom of the workers – K&H’s HR leader draws attention to the tasks of the coming months.

It’s been almost a year since working from home, which had previously been more of an option. It has become mandatory and ongoing for many people and companies. The virus is still a part of our lives, but as vaccinations begin, restrictions can slowly but surely relax again and the office can be the primary workplace again.
