New Hungarian record attempt at the jubilee 4 HÍLYSZÍN Kitchen Furniture Exhibition

The exhibition, which has previously won the title of the event presenting the most kitchen furniture, will take things to the next level this year. The organizers aim to set another Hungarian record: they will display the largest number of dining sets in the country at one time, within one event.

A weekend of records

Visitors can be inspired by more than 100 fully furnished kitchens in the RS Furniture Stores in Budapest and Budaörs, as well as in the RS Furniture Studios in the countryside, which have recently been integrated into the MediaMarkt network, in Nyíregyháza and Békéscsaba.

“It is truly uplifting that we are providing the venue for the 5th year in a row for the country’s largest kitchen furniture exhibition. This is a real festive weekend for both Hungarian furniture manufacturing and home decoration lovers,” said Ádám Pólya, CEO of RS Furniture.

The exhibition will be held from February 2025 to February 2025. It will be opened jointly on the 20th by the President of the Hungarian Furniture and Wood Industry Association (FABUNIO), Attila Kálmán, and the National Association of Interior Designers.

Plans come to life – Home Designers’ Battle

The cream of the crop will also be comparing their knowledge at the event. The Home Designers’ Competition is a collaboration between the Hungarian Interior Designers’ Association and RS Furniture, where the country’s best interior designers compete. The three finalist entries will be physically built at the exhibition this year, so visitors can test the American kitchen-living room solutions “live”. The audience can also have a say in the final result by voting.

Free advice and star parade

The event is not only about shopping, but also about education. Visitors are welcome to enjoy free interior design advice, 3D visual design and professional presentations throughout the entire period. The central location (XIII, Reitter Ferenc utca) features an open kitchen, where celebrities such as Anett Czippán and László Istenes cook, as well as the winners of the Chef of the Year competition, who prepare special allergen-free delicacies.

The main events of the exhibition will take place between February 20-22, 2026, but the promotion period and the prize draw will last until March 14.
