New luxury chocolate brand from Budapest: Ypsilon Artisan Chocolates
Ypsilon Chocolates is an artisan chocolate manufacturer whose new product is the brilliant creation of chef Zsanett Ésik and chocolate master Csaba Kéninger: luxury-edition fruit bomb in a chocolate glass. Bonbons are made from fresh fruits instead of the traditional ganache. Ypsilon Chocolates’ fruits come from the best orchards in Europe and Asia and their chocolates are made from ingredients supplied by Callebaut (Belgium) and Cacao Berry (France). They use Lübeck marzipan and work with Saint Dominique dark chocolate (70-percent cocoa content).(X)
