Mars chocolates are getting a new look
Mars chocolates are renewed and in the future will be packaged in environmentally friendly paper.
Manufacturer Mars plans to make all their packaging recyclable or compostable. The company is exploring different packaging ideas to ensure product protection and food safety. Mars is planning a major investment in order to reduce the use of plastic by a third. Richard Sutherland-Moore, packaging specialist at Mars Wrigley UK, informed us that the company is exploring different packaging ideas for all its sweets.
Tesco is happy to support the new packaging.
