Aldi opens new concept store in Belgium
Aldi has opened a new store in Braine-l’Alleud, near Brussels, marking the debut of its latest concept in the country. The town in Walloon Brabant was one of the last major Belgian municipalities where the discount chain wasn’t yet present. The new Aldi store is located in a mixed-use development of 98 apartments and several other shops near the railway station. The 1,050m² store focuses on fresh produce with its interior layout.
