A new initiative to serve people, pets and the planet
Mars launches $85 million Impact Fund to build community resilience, expand scientific opportunities and support pet welfare.
Mars, Incorporated, a global leader in snack, food and pet food, today announced the launch of the Mars Impact Fund. The new corporate philanthropy initiative aims to drive tangible, long-term sustainable results in the communities where Mars operates.
As a family-owned, values-driven company, Mars has long believed that doing business should serve society. The Impact Fund represents this vision and complements the company’s existing sustainability programs and foundation activities. The company will provide $85 million in funding between 2025 and 2027, with an additional $50 million annually starting in 2028, to support various initiatives. The first grants will help build community resilience in Indonesia, in partnership with Save the Children, and expand access to veterinary care in India and Mexico, with Humane World for Animals.
