Finlandia Vodka refreshes shared moments with new flavors
Finlandia Vodka is expanding its domestic flavored portfolio with two new versions: Grapefruit and Cranberry – the new products fit well with the creative cocktail culture and bring a new color to drinking occasions related to shared experiences.
While vodka itself continues to be sought after as a classic drink, its flavored versions are companions for lighter, social occasions have become the creatively variable basis for cocktails and long drinks. These drinks are particularly popular among the adult Generation Z, because there is an increasing demand for simple-to-make specialties that offer a cocktail experience, which do not require complicated preparation or special knowledge, yet offer a showy experience in their taste and visual appearance. The introduction of two new flavors of Finlandia Vodka, Grapefruit and Cranberry, to the flavored vodka portfolio responds to this changing consumption trend.
The value of the domestic vodka market exceeded 47.5 billion forints in 2025. Finlandia Vodka, produced exclusively in Finland, is among the ten most significant Standard+ vodka brands in the world. In Hungary, the brand is present in the premium segment of the domestic vodka market, where it holds a leading role according to the latest market data from Nielsen.
Attuned to fruit
The light character of the two new flavors fits well into the world of refreshing cocktails and long drinks, especially in drinking occasions where young adults prioritize shared experiences. With the launch of Finlandia Grapefruit and Finlandia Cranberry, Finlandia Vodka further strengthens the vision of its global campaign “It’s Sooooooooo Fine”, which celebrates both how the brand helps to experience these light pleasures and the unique character of the drink, as Finlandia is a vodka made silky and easy-drinking by the Finnish “Midnight Sun”.

According to the expert, in parallel with the development of cocktail culture, drinks that are visually spectacular, at the same time easy to prepare at home and provide inspiration for new flavor combinations are gaining increasing emphasis.
In Finlandia Grapefruit, the freshness and slightly bitter character of citrus create a lively, refreshing flavor, balanced by the floral notes of elderberry and the acidity of lime. In Finlandia Cranberry, the tart character of red berries is complemented by the soft sweetness of grenadine and the fruitiness of apple juice, thus providing a harmonious experience in both the taste and appearance of the drink.
The Hungarian ambassador of Finlandia Vodka recommends the following cocktails for those who would like to try the brand’s two new flavors, even at home:
Grapefruit Spritz
- 40 ml Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka (40 V/V%)
- 20 ml Monin Elder Syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- 100 ml Kinley Tonic
Cranberry Spritz
- 40 ml Finlandia Cranberry Vodka (40 V/V%)
- 10 ml Monin Grenadine
- 15 ml lime juice
- 50 ml apple juice
- 50 ml soda
