Yettel confirms former colleague as new director
As the new leader, Dániel Bálint will lead Yettel’s Customer Experience & Customer Market Insight department. The professional returns to the company with nearly 15 years of experience in telecommunications, banking and pharmaceuticals to lead the development of the digital customer experience and the work of the market analysis team.

Dániel’s career began in Seattle, USA, where he worked in business development. He then delved deeper into customer experience development as a member of Telenor Hungary’s Customer Centricity team, participating in several significant projects, including the development of customer experience for music and TV applications, as well as service design tasks related to the then Wallet service. He also participated in a customer-centric network development project and a company-wide transformation project. He moved from the telecommunications sector to the financial world: he took part in OTP Bank’s digital customer experience and product development projects, and then gained further professional experience as a management consultant. Later, he led the patient-centric digital developments of Egis Pharmaceuticals.
The Customer Experience and Market Analysis Directorate, which operates under Dániel’s leadership, reports to Zoltán Dávid, Deputy CEO for Strategy. With the arrival of the new director, Yettel further strengthens its customer-centric strategy.
