Bálint Dániel – Yettel
Dániel’s career began in Seattle, USA, where he worked in business development. He then delved deeper into customer experience development as a member of Telenor Hungary’s Customer Centricity team, participating in several significant projects, including the development of customer experience for music and TV applications, as well as service design tasks related to the then Wallet service. He also participated in a customer-centric network development project and a company-wide transformation project. Later, he led the patient-centric digital developments of Egis Pharmaceuticals.
The Customer Experience and Market Analysis Directorate, which operates under Dániel’s leadership, reports to Zoltán Dávid, Deputy CEO for Strategy. With the arrival of the new director, Yettel further strengthens its customer-centric strategy.
“We are delighted to welcome Dániel to the Yettel team.
