New forms of advertisement: product placements are coming!
After the effects of the recession and a long period of stagnation, the advertisement market is recovering slowly, and in fact new forms of advertisements – for example product placements in TV shows – may join the marketing scene.
Negotiations have already began between major advertisers and the two greatest commercial channels of Hungary. Multinational retailsers affected by the new extra taxes are very careful when it comes to advertisements, but a number of companies are more than willing to spend on commercials.
An interesting newcomer in the domestic marketing scene is product placements in television shows: seems like reality show Való Világ may even flash a number of product placements starting from January.
