K&H’s mobile bank has been expanded with new features

From now on, you can handle more everyday purchases and finances with just a few clicks in K&H mobile bank: you can simply buy a motorway sticker, set up group direct debits, or automatically extend your parking. The latest updates aim to make banking even easier and faster for customers – anywhere, anytime. The number of monthly mobile bank logins exceeds 14 million, and customers make a total of 2.7 million transactions per month. And with the help of new widgets, everyone can arrange the most frequently used functions according to their own needs on the customizable home screen.

New features in K&H mobile bank

The most important innovation of the update is the management of group direct debits, which is now also available in the mobile bank on a transparent, user-friendly interface – for convenience, each group direct debit can be given a separate name, thus helping them to be found. In addition, the purchase of motorway stickers makes life easier for regular drivers, with the ability to purchase domestic and international vignettes directly in the mobile bank. And for frequent parking users, the automatic parking extension provides convenience, thus avoiding unpleasant fines.

14 million monthly mobile banking logins, 2.7 million transactions

“With the new developments, we have not only made the mobile banking experience simpler, but also much more personalized. Customers can now not only make transfers or manage card data with a few clicks, but they can even see their SZÉP card balance immediately on the home screen. The fact that they log into the mobile bank more than 14 million times per month and make 2.7 million transactions clearly shows that mobile banking has become the number one financial channel in our customers’ everyday lives”

The mobile application is most often used for transfers, of course: on average, more than two million financial transfers are made in the app per month.

The second most frequently performed operation is card limit changes, of which users perform well over 320 thousand per month. More than 420 thousand of our customers already have a digitized bank card. The number of direct bank calls initiated from the mobile bank – which is completely secure and does not require separate identification – is nearly 25 thousand per month.

The most popular functions include viewing the PIN code and card data (card number, CVC). The functions in the K&H mobile application are constantly increasing, not only banking matters, but also insurance-related contracts and administration, as well as tracking our insurance policies. In addition, functions such as ticket purchase, partner registration, and parking activation are also very popular.

Everything in one place, personalized

Customers can now also find a customizable home screen, where new widgets allow everyone to arrange the most frequently used functions according to their own needs, for example, customers can view the income-expense balance by clicking on the widget on the mobile bank home screen. For example, the K&H cashback widget can also be placed on the home screen, so that mobile banking is not only faster, but also provides a much more personalized experience.
