A new shopping center is under construction by the German ECE in Budapest
The German ECE is building a new shopping center in Budapest, located at the intersection of the Szentendrei road and the Bogdáni road in Óbuda.
The 52,000 square meters rentable area with 170 shops is scheduled to open at the end of 2021. The investment costs will be around 200 million euros – Christoph Augustin, managing director of ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft. told at the press conference announcing the investment. (MTI)
