The Hungarian State Treasury offers new payment options to farmers
The Hungarian State Treasury offers new payment options to farmers to reduce their account burdens, the Hungarian State Treasury announced to MTI on Friday.
The electronic application submission interface of the Hungarian State Treasury’s National Paying Agency and the MobilGAZDA application now allow online bank card payments. Until now, farmers could only make payments related to agricultural and rural development subsidies by bank transfer, but the new solutions no longer have transfer costs, payment errors and delays can be avoided. In the first round, those affected can pay their damage mitigation and crisis insurance contributions and arrears through these means, they wrote. According to the announcement, the transfer option will also remain. Those who would like to choose the new solutions can find information in the user manual published on the website of the Hungarian State Treasury, which describes the process of bank card payment on the electronic submission interface and in the mobilGAZDA application.
