A new drying plant was handed over in the Bolyhos Pálinka Distillery
The Bolyhos Pálinka Distillery has built a new drying plant from own sources. The new drying plant was handed over on Wednesday, within the open days – the company informed MTI.
 
According to the Bolyhos és Fia Bt., the equipment is able to dry 500 kilograms of fruits per day, including Irsai Olivér grapes, quince and black cherries. From now on, the quantity needed to embed the pálinka can be produced entirely in the field of the manufactory. (MTI)
