A new figure shows that the food is made on site in the French restaurants, to distinguish them from those that are only heating the prefabricated meals.
On the basis of a survey, carried out in October, the French consumer estimated that less than half of the restaurants are preparing food on site, while the association of hotels and restaurants esimates that 85 percent of restaurants arepreparing frozen or vacuum-packed food secretly. (MTI)
