Innovations at the Tesco: the stores of future to come
The Tesco that is following the changes in customer requirements creates the “Department Stores of the Future” – for the first time in Budapest on Váci út, Székesfehérvár – the chain announced in a statement.
Tesco said that according to international experiences and domestic researches, the customers require innovative solutions, faster purchases and hypermarkets offering a broad supply. Tesco considers it important to respond to the changes in customer needs: the first “Department Stores of the Future” has already opened in the Váci Road, where the vegetable and the bakery department was renewed at the same time and the “shop in shop” development was introduced here for the first time as well. The supermarket chain is designed to make shopping more convenient and enjoyable in the coming months. The new operating model will soon debut in Székesfehérvár.
