Unilever: one of Europe's most modern refrigeratory was built in Veszprém
The 2.2 billion HUF worth investment of the Unilever Magyarország was handed over on Friday in Veszprém. The development creates 65 new jobs it is one of Europe's most modern high-capacity cooling house.
The project was implemented in the scope of the New Széchenyi Plan’s Central Regional Operational Program with a total of 558 million USD support.
At the project closing ceremony Mihalovics Péter (Fidesz-KDNP) government representative said that the investment increases Veszprém’s competitiveness. He considered Unilever’s operation as a model, because the city can count on the company for the next 20 years, which manufactures known products all over Europe. (MTI)
