The Fressnapf group opened a customer service center in Pécs
Fressnapf International Business Services Kft., a subsidiary of the German Fressnapf group dealing in the distribution of pet food and equipment, has opened a customer service center in Pécs.
The company informed MTI: in Fressnapf’s new customer service center in Pécs – currently employing 38 people – the customer service tasks of the group’s online stores in Austria, Germany and Switzerland are performed in German.
The other day, the company handed over the Regus Fészek office building in downtown Pécs, built from the former Fészek Store, which was built about four decades ago, with a floor area of more than 4,000 square meters, including three-storey, high-class offices, on the top floor of which Fressnapf International Business Services (FIBS) Kft. .
FIBS, which operates as the international business center of the Fressnapf group, is based in Budapest and founded in 2022, and employs more than 300 employees in Hungary. It supports the group’s European subsidiaries with various business services – such as accounting and account management, logistics, IT, reporting, HR, and customer service. – they announced, referring to the fact that in the customer service area, in addition to the 38 employees in Pécs, 19 people are also employed in Budapest.
