All's quiet on the cafeteria front
The rate of companies thinking about giving cafeteria have declined. Currently only 44 percent of the companies plan to give some kind of fringe benefits to their employees.
By considering the different elements of cafeteria, the Erzsébet-voucher remains the most desired form of benefits, followed by commuting expenses and the Széchenyi Rest card. While at the industrial companies, the proportion of firms providing cafeteria increaserd significantly, in the service sector the proportion of firms providing cafeteria declined significantly – the most recent datas of the K&H SME confidence index show.
