Hungary will be a cottage cheese great power
The Milk Marketing Board Interprofessional Organization ends its milk export support program as well as the promotion of the healthy nature of milk – instead the organization will concentrate on increasing production and efficiency – announced Lukács László managing director in a background interview.
In the future, they will encourage their members to supply the domestic market. The sectoral marketing program will also change, focusing on the promotion of cottage cheese. According to Lukács László managing director, in Hungary the average per capita annual consumption from cottage cheese is four kilograms.
