In January, tourists spent about 30 billion HUF for domestic accommodation, and while the number of guest nights remained almost the same as in the previous year, the hotels were able to increase their income by almost 10 percent, compared to the same period of last year – the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) announced on the basis of the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) released on Wednesday.
